The College of Powersports Management is the industry's first vocational trade school that teaches the full job description for all customer facing sales, management and F&I positions in a retail dealership. Students pay for their own training, invest their own time, and want a "career" in the industry they can be proud of. They want to work in profitable, ethical, and compliant dealerships they can bring their friends and relatives to do business. There is no cost to employer or student for our employment matching services. Graduates are referred to dealers with open positions that offer the same College of Powersports Management training to all of their customer facing employees.
